Steps:
Step 1: Preparing the Silicone Mold
Ensure that your silicone mold is clean and free from any dust or debris. If necessary, you can use scotch tape to remove any dust or debris. Wrap the tape around your fingers with the sticky side out, press it onto the mold's surface, and lift away to eliminate particles and lint.
Step 2: Mixing and Pouring the Resin
Follow the instructions provided with your epoxy resin regarding the mixing ratios. Wear disposable gloves and mix the resin thoroughly using a stirring stick. Add resin pigments or alcohol inks for color, if desired.
Step 3: Pouring the Resin into the Mold
Carefully pour the mixed resin into the large cloud cavity of the silicone mold, leaving space for the small clouds to hang. Use a stirring stick or toothpick to spread the resin evenly and remove any air bubbles.
Step 4: Removing Air Bubbles
Use a heat gun or torch to gently pass over the resin's surface to remove air bubbles. Be cautious and avoid overheating the resin.
Step 5: Curing and Demolding
Allow the resin to cure completely as per the manufacturer's instructions. Once cured, gently flex the silicone mold to release the large cloud from the mold.

Using a mini rotary tool, drill small holes into the resin cloud where you want to attach the small clouds. Insert eye screws into the holes, ensuring they are secure.

Attach the small clouds to the eye screws, and optionally, use a marker pen to add additional decorative elements if desired. Attach an accessories chain, twine, or ribbon to the large cloud for hanging.
